How returns work
Returning is possible within the withdrawal period mentioned, unless the product is excluded from returns (see our return conditions). The costs of returning are always borne by the customer.
1. Register your return
Purchase through the webshop
From the new webshop onwards, returns can easily be registered through your personal account. Log in to your account, select the order and register your return. You will then receive further instructions for the return shipment.
Purchase in the shop
Products bought in the physical shop can be returned directly to the shop. Bring the item together with your proof of purchase.
Do you still want to send an item bought in the shop back by post? Then you first have to contact our customer service. Without prior consultation, the return can be refused.
2. Bringing back or sending back the product
Return in the shop
With a return in the shop, the amount is refunded via the original payment method, provided the product meets the return conditions.
Return by post
If a return by post is approved, the product must be sent back unused, undamaged and in correct, original and undamaged packaging. The customer is responsible for the return transport and any damage during shipping.
For large, heavy or bulky products (such as reverse osmosis systems, tanks, ladders or complete systems), returning always happens in consultation with our customer service. Collection by Window Cleaner Depot is possible, but the costs are passed on.
Always keep the proof of shipment until your return has been fully processed.
3. Check and processing
Once we receive the product, it is checked. If the return meets all conditions, you will receive a confirmation by email.
4. Refund
After the return has been approved, the purchase amount (excluding shipping and return costs) is refunded within the legal term of 14 days after we receive the returned product. The refund is always made via the original payment method.
