Not completely happy with an item you bought at Window Cleaner Depot? Then you can return it, within the legal withdrawal period and provided it meets the return conditions.

Because we work with professional equipment, it is important that the product is unused, undamaged and correctly packaged. Used or assembled items cannot always be taken back.

1. You can return an item when:
   • you are within the withdrawal period
   • the item is unused and the packaging is undamaged.
   • it is not an excluded product (such as custom work, chemicals with a broken seal, filters, resins, PPE, and so on)

Purchase through the webshop
Register your return through your account in the webshop. Once registered, you will receive further instructions for returning the item.

Purchase in the shop
Items bought in the shop in Houthulst can also be returned there. Always bring your proof of purchase.

Do you want to send a shop item back by post? Then you first have to contact our customer service.

Would you like the item in a different version, size or variant? Then the fastest way is:

1. to return the current item
2. to order the item you want again

That way you have the right equipment in house the fastest. Exchanges are not processed automatically.

After we receive and check the return, the purchase amount is refunded via the original payment method, within the legal term of 14 days. Shipping and return costs are not refunded, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
