Large & Heavy Repairs
In short
Repairs to large, heavy or fixed machines require a different approach than standard products. For safety and logistical reasons, these repairs at Window Cleaner Depot always happen by appointment and after a prior assessment.
This page describes how such repairs work and which conditions apply.
Which machines does this cover?
Large & heavy machines include, among others:
- reverse osmosis systems
- fixed or mobile units
- complete cleaning systems
- machines with pump, control or pressure systems
- custom-built installations
These machines:
- cannot be sent by post as standard
- require technical knowledge and planning
- are assessed individually
How to request a repair
Repairs to large or heavy machines cannot be requested automatically.
The procedure always works as follows:
- you submit a repair request
- the machine is assessed technically
- it is determined how and where the repair can take place
Transport & collection
Large and heavy machines:
- may not simply be sent in without an appointment
- require adapted transport
Depending on the machine and the location:
- you may be asked to bring the machine in
- or collection can be arranged
Transport costs and practical arrangements are always communicated in advance.
Can I arrange transport myself?
Yes, but this is entirely at your own responsibility and only with prior approval.
Repair in our workshop or on site
After the technical assessment, it is determined where the repair takes place:
- in the Window Cleaner Depot workshop
- or on site at the customer
The choice depends on:
- the nature of the defect
- the size and setup of the machine
- safety and feasibility
Not every repair can be carried out on site.
International repairs
For customers outside Belgium, additional conditions apply.
International repairs:
- always take place after prior consultation
- can be limited to certain regions
- often require a return to Belgium
- can, depending on availability, be referred to a service partner in the region.
Transport, customs and additional costs are always borne by the customer and are agreed in advance.
What is not possible
For large & heavy machines:
- no repairs without an appointment
- no standard return labels
- no repairs without a technical assessment
- no warranty on repairs carried out by third parties
