Cancel an order
You can cancel your item. But only as long as it has not been shipped yet. Go to your order and click ‘cancel item’. Don’t see the button? Then cancelling is no longer possible.
Cancelling no longer possible? Or did you receive the item you wanted to cancel after all?
Then send the item back, or refuse the parcel at the door. You will get your money back within 5 working days after we have received the item.
Money back after cancelling
You cancel your order, we take care of it within 2 working days You will receive an email from us once your cancellation has gone through. After that you will get your money back within 5 working days. Did you pay with a gift card? Then the balance is back on your gift card within one working day.
I have not received my money yet?
If you have not received an email within 48 hours saying your order has been cancelled, please get in touch. If you did receive an email saying your cancellation has been processed, the money will be back in your account within 5 working days.
