For deliveries:

• within Belgium and the EU, the applicable VAT rules apply
• outside the EU, VAT cannot be charged in advance

The correct VAT handling depends on the country of delivery and the type of customer.

With deliveries outside the European Union, extra costs can apply, such as:

• import duties
• local taxes
• customs costs or administration costs

These costs:

• are determined by the local authorities
• are always borne by the customer
• fall outside the control of Window Cleaner Depot

Window Cleaner Depot cannot estimate these costs exactly in advance or influence them.

Customs clearance is handled by:

• the carrier
• and/or the local customs authorities

Any delays due to customs checks fall outside the responsibility of Window Cleaner Depot.

If additional documents or information are needed, the customer can be contacted about this by the carrier or customs.
