Window Cleaner Depot works with business customers in different countries. All prices and invoices are drawn up in euros. With international payments, additional costs can arise through exchange rates or banks.

All prices in the Window Cleaner Depot webshop are shown and invoiced in euros (EUR), unless explicitly stated otherwise.

This applies to:

• webshop orders
• quotes
• invoices and credit notes

The amount on the invoice is always leading for the payment.

When you pay from a country with a currency other than the euro, the conversion is carried out by:

• your bank
• your credit card company
• or your payment provider

The exchange rate used can differ from the rate at the moment of ordering. Window Cleaner Depot has no influence on this conversion.

Any costs such as:

• exchange rate costs
• foreign bank charges
• transaction costs from payment providers

are always borne by the customer.

Window Cleaner Depot cannot calculate or refund these costs in advance.
