Not every product can be delivered in the same way or to every country. Specific arrangements apply, certainly for large or technical systems.

Window Cleaner Depot delivers as standard to customers within the European Union.

For these countries, delivery and transport are organised structurally.
Delivery to other countries outside Europe is possible on request.

Delivery times and transport costs differ per country and depend on:

• the type of product
• the weight and volume
• the delivery method chosen

The expected delivery time is always:

• stated on the product page
• or confirmed during the quote or order processing

International deliveries can take longer than domestic shipments and depend on external transport partners.

For large, heavy or technical machines (such as reverse osmosis systems, tanks or complete systems), different conditions apply.

In many cases:

• delivery is limited to certain regions
• installation by Window Cleaner Depot is mandatory
• international delivery is only possible after prior consultation

These machines are not shipped internationally through standard transport automatically.
