Discount code terms
These discount code terms apply from 01.01.2026. Wherever ‘discount code’ is written, ‘coupon code’ can also be read.
Discount codes by Window Cleaner Depot
These terms apply to the use of discount codes offered by Window Cleaner Depot (WCD). By using a discount code, you agree to these terms.
These terms apply to both digital and printed discount codes issued by Window Cleaner Depot.
Digital discount codes can be linked to an email address or customer account. In that case the discount code is only valid when the same email address is used when placing the order. The discount code cannot be combined with another email address or account.
The nature, duration and any expiry date of a discount campaign are always stated in the communication in which the discount code is offered. Every discount code is valid for a limited period and can no longer be used once it has expired.
Discount codes issued by Window Cleaner Depot are only valid for purchases in the Window Cleaner Depot webshop. Discount codes are not valid for custom work, installations, training, repairs or other services, unless explicitly stated.
Discount codes cannot be used for orders that have already been placed or are in progress.
Unless stated otherwise, each discount code can only be used once per person and per email address.
If the total value of the order is lower than the value of the discount code, the remaining balance of the discount code lapses.
Offers are valid while stocks last.
When products bought with a discount code are returned in full or in part, the discount granted lapses.
Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be swapped or offset against products or campaigns other than the ones the discount code was explicitly issued for.
Discount codes are issued once. In case of loss, theft or not receiving a discount code (for example by deleting emails), no replacement or compensation is provided.
It is not permitted to change, forge or improperly use discount codes in any way, including but not limited to fraud, hacking, spamming or unauthorised distribution.
Discount codes may not be used for commercial purposes or resale.
Any (attempted) misuse or fraud can lead to the discount code being invalidated and to further use of discount campaigns being refused.
A maximum of one discount code can be used per order, unless stated otherwise. Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions or campaigns.
Using a discount code
The conditions and possibilities differ per discount code. Always read the communication in which the discount code is mentioned.
Add the products you want to your cart and continue to checkout. During the checkout process you can enter the discount code. The code must be entered exactly (letters, numbers and characters).
If the discount code does not work, check whether all products in your cart qualify for the campaign.
If you have questions or problems using discount codes, you can contact the Window Cleaner Depot customer service.
