Gift card issues
Redeeming does not work
Check the following things:
• Enter the correct code. With digital codes, pay close attention to the dashes.
• Only enter the PIN code afterwards.
• Is your gift card still valid? You can check this in the balance checker.
• Use an extra payment method if there is not enough balance on your gift card.
Where do I add my gift card?
While ordering, you will see ‘enter gift card code’ on the right in your cart. Click it to fill in the number of your gift card.
I get an error message when I try to pay with a gift card
Please contact us with the following information at hand: • The code of your gift card • The date and time you tried to order • What you wanted to order • What is going wrong • Which error message you get • What computer and operating system you have • Which browser you use
Gift card balance disappeared
If a payment fails and you paid (partly) with a gift card, the balance of your gift card may have been debited. No worries, this is automatically credited back within 4 hours.
Gift card lost or expired?
Window Cleaner Depot is not responsible for the loss, theft or misuse of gift cards.
Gift cards are not replaced or refunded in case of loss, theft, or when they can no longer be presented. Loss also includes accidentally deleting emails, losing a printout or not storing the gift card code correctly.
Gift cards have a limited validity period. Once the expiry date has passed, the gift card can no longer be used and the remaining balance lapses automatically. No compensation, extension or replacement is provided for expired gift cards.
The buyer and/or holder of the gift card is responsible for using the gift card correctly and on time, within the stated validity period.
Gift card code unreadable?
That can happen. Make a clear scan or photo of the back of the gift card. Make sure the code is clearly visible. We will then contact you as soon as possible.
Gift card not activated?
Bought in store: Return to the shop where you bought it, with your proof of purchase. Only that shop can activate your gift card.
Bought online: Did you buy the card on the Window Cleaner Depot website? Then please contact our customer service.
Digital gift card not received
The email with your digital gift card may have ended up in your spam folder. Add ‘noreply@windowcleanerdepot.com‘ to your list of safe senders, then it will not happen again. We only send a digital gift card once, for security reasons. Is the digital gift card not in your junk mail either? Then please contact our customer service.
