Gift voucher terms and conditions
These gift card terms are an addition to our General Terms of Sale and apply to all gift cards issued by Window Cleaner Depot, both digital and physical. By using a gift card you accept these terms and commit to following them.
Every gift card has a unique code and is issued only once. You are responsible for keeping this code safe. In case of loss, theft or misuse by third parties, we cannot offer any compensation. Only original gift cards and valid codes are accepted.
A gift card can be used during checkout by entering the code in the payment process. The value, validity period and any additional conditions of the gift card are stated on the gift card itself or in the accompanying communication.
Gift cards can only be redeemed for purchases in the Window Cleaner Depot webshop. They cannot be used for outstanding orders, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be returned. The right of withdrawal does not apply to gift cards.
If the value of the gift card is higher than the amount of the order, the remaining balance stays available for future purchases within the validity period of the gift card. This balance is linked to the same account and is not transferable.
When the total amount of the order is higher than the balance of the gift card, the difference must be paid using one of the other available payment methods.
In case of a refund of (part of) an order that was paid fully or partly with a gift card, the refund will first be made by topping up the balance of the gift card again. If needed, an additional amount is refunded via the payment method used.
It is not permitted to forge, alter or commercially use gift cards, or to misuse the system in any other way. Any form of fraud or improper use can lead to gift cards being blocked and to further measures.
Window Cleaner Depot reserves the right to change these gift card terms. By continuing to use gift cards after a change, the amended terms are considered accepted.
