Chemifor Facade Impregnator W is a water-based impregnating agent made from siloxanes and silanes, specially developed for porous facade materials such as masonry, stucco, special jointing, roof tiles, concrete, sandstone, and decorative paving. Thanks to its strong penetrating action, the product penetrates deep into the pores of the substrate, providing long-lasting protection. Rainwater beads up and rolls off, and dirt adheres much less easily to the treated facade.
Furthermore, the facade remains fully vapor-permeable. This means that any condensation formed from the inside can simply escape to the outside. This breathability is crucial for a healthy indoor climate and prevents mold growth in the long term. Chemifor Facade Impregnation W is also UV-resistant and leaves no visible film on the surface. As a result, the aesthetic character of the facade is preserved, while you simultaneously apply an invisible protective layer.

Instructions:
Chemifor Gevel Impregneer W is ready to use and should preferably be applied to a dry, but possibly slightly damp, surface. For best results, work from the bottom up and apply the product to the surface to fully saturate it. Depending on the type of surface and its porosity, 1 liter will cover approximately 3 to 5 m². Apply using a sprayer or block brush. Immediately remove any splashes on glass or painted surfaces with water to prevent damage. The water-repellent effect begins after a few hours and reaches full effectiveness after approximately 7 days.
