Then a repair or restoration may be possible in some cases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Repairs at Window Cleaner Depot do not happen automatically. Depending on the type of product, this is done:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>through a return<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>through a repair in the workshop<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>or through a repair by appointment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For machines, installations and technical systems, prior consultation and an appointment are always required.<\/p>\n\n\t<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n<section class=\"rw-in-page-nav__section wp-block-ramenwasser-in-page-navigation-section\" id=\"when-to-request-a-repair\">\n\t\t\t<h3 class=\"rw-in-page-nav__section-title\">When to request a repair<\/h3>\n\t\n\t<div class=\"rw-in-page-nav__section-content\">\n\t\t\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A repair can be requested when:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>an item has become defective after it was put into use<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the return period has expired<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a repair seems technically possible<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Repairs apply to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>machines and equipment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>technical parts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>installations and systems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Consumables and parts subject to wear are generally not eligible for repair.<\/p>\n\n\t<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n<section class=\"rw-in-page-nav__section wp-block-ramenwasser-in-page-navigation-section\" id=\"requesting-a-repair\">\n\t\t\t<h3 class=\"rw-in-page-nav__section-title\">Requesting a repair<\/h3>\n\t\n\t<div class=\"rw-in-page-nav__section-content\">\n\t\t\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">How you request a repair depends on the type of product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Small or standard products<br><\/strong>For smaller products or parts, you may be asked to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>send the product back<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>or bring it to the shop<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Machines, installations &amp; technical equipment<\/strong><br>For machines and technical systems, a repair always happens by appointment. This is how we avoid unnecessary downtime and misunderstandings.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/details>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/section>\n\n\t<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n<section class=\"rw-in-page-nav__section wp-block-ramenwasser-in-page-navigation-section\" id=\"large-heavy-products\">\n\t\t\t<h3 class=\"rw-in-page-nav__section-title\">Large &amp; heavy products<\/h3>\n\t\n\t<div class=\"rw-in-page-nav__section-content\">\n\t\t\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For large, heavy or fixed products, different conditions apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These products:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>cannot be sent by post as standard<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>require adapted logistics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>are looked at individually<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In some cases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>collection can be arranged<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>or you will be asked to bring the machine in<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\t<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n<section class=\"rw-in-page-nav__section wp-block-ramenwasser-in-page-navigation-section\" id=\"repair-on-site-or-in-our-workshop\">\n\t\t\t<h3 class=\"rw-in-page-nav__section-title\">Repair on site or in our workshop<\/h3>\n\t\n\t<div class=\"rw-in-page-nav__section-content\">\n\t\t\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depending on the type of defect and product, a repair can take place:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>in the Window Cleaner Depot workshop<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>or on site at the customer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The choice depends on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the nature of the defect<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the size of the machine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>safety and feasibility<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is always agreed in advance. If a repair has to be carried out on site, this only happens with approval from Window Cleaner Depot and by appointment.<\/p>\n\n\n<section class=\"rw-block rw-block-accordion wp-block-ramenwasser-accordion\" data-allow-multiple-open=\"false\">\n\t\n\t\t\t<div class=\"rw-block-accordion__items\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<details class=\"rw-block-accordion__item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<summary class=\"rw-block-accordion__summary\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"rw-block-accordion__summary-text\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<strong class=\"rw-block-accordion__title\">Can every repair be done on site?<\/strong>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"rw-block-accordion__chevron\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<svg xmlns=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/2000\/svg\" width=\"18\" height=\"18\" viewBox=\"0 0 24 24\" fill=\"none\" stroke=\"currentColor\" stroke-width=\"2\" stroke-linecap=\"round\" stroke-linejoin=\"round\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><path d=\"m6 9 6 6 6-6\"\/><\/svg>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/summary>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"rw-block-accordion__content\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>No. Some repairs require specific tools or test setups and can only be carried out in the Window Cleaner Depot workshop.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/details>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/section>\n\n\t<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n<section class=\"rw-in-page-nav__section wp-block-ramenwasser-in-page-navigation-section\" id=\"duration-follow-up-of-the-repair\">\n\t\t\t<h3 class=\"rw-in-page-nav__section-title\">Duration &amp; follow-up of the repair<\/h3>\n\t\n\t<div class=\"rw-in-page-nav__section-content\">\n\t\t\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The duration of a repair depends on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the type of product<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the availability of parts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the nature of the defect<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There is no fixed repair time. As soon as there is more clarity, this is communicated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In some cases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>you receive a price indication in advance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the repair only starts once you agree<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A price indication is never binding. Underlying problems or complications can come up that could not be estimated at the start.<\/p>\n\n\t<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n<section class=\"rw-in-page-nav__section wp-block-ramenwasser-in-page-navigation-section\" id=\"what-if-a-repair-is-not-possible\">\n\t\t\t<h3 class=\"rw-in-page-nav__section-title\">What if a repair is not possible?<\/h3>\n\t\n\t<div class=\"rw-in-page-nav__section-content\">\n\t\t\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It can happen that a repair:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>is not technically possible<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>is not economically justified<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the machine falls outside the warranty<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In that case we look at:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>whether replacement is possible<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>whether the machine can be returned without repair<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If it turns out during the repair that it cannot be carried out after all, the work performed is charged.
