customers. Invoices must be paid correctly and on time, in line with the agreed payment terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When a payment is not made, payment reminders follow. If payment still does not happen after repeated contact, the file will be transferred to an external collections partner.<\/p>\n\n\t<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n<section class=\"rw-in-page-nav__section wp-block-ramenwasser-in-page-navigation-section\" id=\"payment-terms\">\n\t\t\t<h3 class=\"rw-in-page-nav__section-title\">Payment terms<\/h3>\n\t\n\t<div class=\"rw-in-page-nav__section-content\">\n\t\t\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For business customers who order on invoice, a payment term of 14 days applies, unless agreed otherwise in writing.<br>The payment term starts on the invoice date as stated on the invoice.<\/p>\n\n\t<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n<section class=\"rw-in-page-nav__section wp-block-ramenwasser-in-page-navigation-section\" id=\"payment-reminders\">\n\t\t\t<h3 class=\"rw-in-page-nav__section-title\">Payment reminders<\/h3>\n\t\n\t<div class=\"rw-in-page-nav__section-content\">\n\t\t\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When an invoice is not paid on time, the follow-up goes as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>First reminder: A friendly payment reminder with the outstanding amount and the due date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Formal notice of default: If payment is still not made, a formal reminder follows.
