class=\"rw-in-page-nav__section-content\">\n\t\t\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All invoices and credit notes are available through your account in the Window Cleaner Depot webshop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For every order:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>an invoice is created as soon as the order (or part of it) is shipped<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>it is sent via PEPPOL (legally required in Belgium) and\/or you also receive the invoice by email<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>you can download the invoice as a PDF<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When an order is class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>An invoice is created:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>with immediate payment: after the order has been shipped<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>with ordering on invoice (business): at the moment of invoicing, with a payment term<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Credit notes are created when:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>an order is cancelled (in full or in part)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a return has been processed correctly<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\t<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n<section class=\"rw-in-page-nav__section wp-block-ramenwasser-in-page-navigation-section\" id=\"paying-an-invoice\">\n\t\t\t<h3 class=\"rw-in-page-nav__section-title\">Paying an invoice<\/h3>\n\t\n\t<div class=\"rw-in-page-nav__section-content\">\n\t\t\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Always pay your invoice using the payment method that applies to your account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Orders with immediate payment<\/strong><br>The invoice is automatically registered as paid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ordering on invoice (business)<\/strong><br>Invoices must be paid within the agreed payment term (14 days by default) and only with exceptional approval from Window Cleaner Depot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Processing a payment can take a few working days. Always state the invoice number in the description so the payment can be processed correctly. class=\"rw-in-page-nav__section-content\">\n\t\t\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For security and accounting reasons, invoices cannot be changed after the order has been placed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Has the order not been shipped yet and did you make a mistake in your invoicing details?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>cancel the order<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>place a new order with the correct details<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once shipped, changes are no longer possible.<\/p>\n\n\t<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n<section class=\"rw-in-page-nav__section wp-block-ramenwasser-in-page-navigation-section\" id=\"vat-invoice\">\n\t\t\t<h3 class=\"rw-in-page-nav__section-title\">VAT invoice<\/h3>\n\t\n\t<div class=\"rw-in-page-nav__section-content\">\n\t\t\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For business customers, a VAT invoice is drawn up when:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a valid VAT number has been entered<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the account has been set up correctly as a business account<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The VAT details on the invoice depend on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the country of delivery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the customer&#8217;s VAT
