class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you buy something at Window Cleaner Depot, you may assume that the product works correctly and is suitable for normal professional use. Even so, an item can become defective or stop working properly.<br>Depending on the type of product, its age and the cause of the problem, you may be entitled to warranty, a repair or another solution. On this page you will find an overview of how warranty and repairs are handled at Window Cleaner Depot, so you know where you stand.<\/p>\n\n\t<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n<section class=\"rw-in-page-nav__section wp-block-ramenwasser-in-page-navigation-section\" id=\"manufacturers-warranty\">\n\t\t\t<h3 class=\"rw-in-page-nav__section-title\">Manufacturer&#039;s warranty<\/h3>\n\t\n\t<div class=\"rw-in-page-nav__section-content\">\n\t\t\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Most products at Window Cleaner Depot are covered by a manufacturer&#8217;s warranty. This warranty is granted by the manufacturer and applies for a period they determine. If an item becomes defective within this period, and the problem falls under the manufacturer&#8217;s warranty conditions, you are entitled to a repair or replacement at no extra cost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Conditions for the manufacturer&#8217;s warranty:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the product was used normally and correctly<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the defect is not the result of wear, incorrect use, faulty assembly or external damage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the manufacturer&#8217;s warranty conditions are respected<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The exact warranty conditions differ per brand and product and can usually be found on the product packaging or in the documentation.<br>Consumables and parts subject to normal wear (such as rubbers, brushes, filters, resins, and so on) are generally not covered by the manufacturer&#8217;s warranty, unless stated otherwise.<\/p>\n\n\t<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n<section class=\"rw-in-page-nav__section wp-block-ramenwasser-in-page-navigation-section\" id=\"legal-warranty\">\n\t\t\t<h3 class=\"rw-in-page-nav__section-title\">Legal warranty<\/h3>\n\t\n\t<div class=\"rw-in-page-nav__section-content\">\n\t\t\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alongside the manufacturer&#8217;s warranty, there is also the legal warranty. This means that a product must do what you can reasonably expect from it under normal use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>There is no fixed period for the legal warranty. The duration depends on, among other things:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the type of product<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the nature of the use (professional)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the price and lifespan of the item<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a product becomes defective within a reasonable period without incorrect use being involved, we will look together at which solution is possible.
